Set to the Dave Brubeck Quartet's timeless and colorful classic, "Take Five," the dance film of the same name refers to the act of giving yourself a minute, or two, or five...to breathe, reset, and find joy outside of daily life. This is specifically related to my experience during the Quarantine shelter-in-place orders of the COVID-19 crisis.
